Achieving optimal health and well-being requires a comprehensive approach. My aim is to identify the underlying causes of health problems and leverage early diagnosis and prevention to develop effective treatment plans for my clients. I prioritize minimizing reliance on prescription medications and instead emphasize the importance of proper nutrition, natural supplements, physical activity, and behavioral modifications. My expertise lies in helping individuals and athletes optimize their health by utilizing evidence-based techniques such as nutrition, lifestyle behavior, and mindset to maximize performance.

My areas of specialization include anti-inflammatory autoimmune disease (with a focus on Hashimoto Thyroiditis), brain power (including anxiety, depression, and trauma), optimal health (including healthy eating and lifestyle behavior), and performance for sports and exercise.
